Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Faith With Finesse.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This excludes earrings, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at info@faithwithfinesse.com stating your reason for return.

Once your return request has been approved, we will send further instructions within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland (ROI) and European Union Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, or any country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without needing to provide justification, subject to applicable consumer laws.

Returned items must still be:

  • Unworn or unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please note that exceptions may still apply to hygiene-sealed, personalised, perishable, or otherwise exempt goods where permitted by law.

International Returns (ROI and EU)

Customers returning items from the Republic of Ireland or European Union are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent in error.

Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or charges related to returning goods from outside the United Kingdom remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and confirm whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and apply the refund.
